I started my own spiritual journey in 2004. My kids had just left for
college, and I became depressed, complacent and bored with life. I
lost the desire to continue my career as a dental hygeinst. I had a bad self-image. I had forgotten how to dream. I was angry with God.

Counseling and self-help books didn't seem to do the trick. I wanted to heal my life and be happy. I didn’t know how, but I was willing to go on national television to find out. So I went on the nationally syndicated television show, Starting Over.

I went with an open mind and prayed that I would get a coach that
would support and understand how I was feeling. My prayers were answered. It was a great turning point in my life through which I began
my own healing process.

I am a minister studying under Iyanla Vanzant to become a reverend
and spiritual life coach. I continue to share my story through public speaking engagements, television and radio. I am fortunate to be coaching people into their majesty. Most importantly, I am happy with myself . . . and with God.

I am asked often if I truly healed my life and found complete happiness.
I absolutely have. It begins with one phrase: "Yes I can!" This one phrase alone with a little will power can change your life just as it has changed mine.
